Use an enquiry for planned work

The form is suitable for oil and filters, tyres, Czech STK preparation and other work that can be arranged in advance. Describe the service, add your car details and suggest possible dates. Email is required; a phone number is optional. Photos or reports can be sent separately to autoservice1@seznam.cz.

Call from a safe place for an urgent fault

Call for unsafe braking, a red warning, significant fluid loss, smoke, a burning smell or a car that cannot be driven. Stop safely first and follow the vehicle’s instructions. A workshop call helps agree a next step; it does not confirm that a journey is safe. For immediate danger or a roadside incident, use the appropriate assistance for the situation.

Have a short description ready

Tell us the make and model, what changed, when it happened and where the car is safely parked. Mention warning messages and whether it starts or moves. A clear symptom description is more useful than guessing a replacement part.

A request is confirmed after we reply

Sending the form does not reserve a workshop slot. We agree the appointment, initial scope and price with you during opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00. For an English enquiry, plain language is enough.
